Okra Zuchini Saute

Ingredients
1 can black beans drained & rinsed1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)3/4 cup chunky salsa (mild or medium)1 zuchini (chopped)1 10 oz bag frozen chopped okra1 tablespoon olive oil1/4 cup chopped onions
Directions
Saute zuchini & onions in olive oil for four minutes. Add frozen okra and saute for five minutes. Add remaning ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Eat alone or over pasta or rice. Makes 6 1-cup servings
