Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil1 chopped onion1 clove garlic, minced2 chopped carrots2 stalks chopped celery1 chopped chicken breast6 c. chicken stock (homemade - salt free)1/4 c. fresh parsley1/4 c. fresh thyme2 c. fine egg noodles
Directions
Saute chicken in olive oil. Add onions, garlic, carrots and celery and cook till tender. Add stock, and spices. Cook for five minutes. Add egg noodles and cook for another 10 minutes.
