High Protein Fudge Bars

8 Scoops of chocolate protein powder (around 240g)1 cup of wheatbran (or oatmeal or oatbran, calories with wheatbran tho)1/3c almond butter (or peanut butter)3tbsp honey1/2 milk (can use ricemilk, almond milk, soy milk etc)
1) Mix ingredients together, protein powder, wheatbran, almond butter, honey and milk. It takes a while to mix up together, easier if you use your hands!
2) Form into 10 bars (appox 60g each). Optional- you can roll the bars in crushed nuts if you want.
3) refridgerate for 30min. optional- can dip part of it in melted dark chocolate.

I was really happy to find this recipe and am in the process of making these now. However, I think there is something missing in this recipe as there is not enough liquid to hold these together. I am hoping this message reaches the author for clarification. I really want these to work!! - 3/22/15
