Ingredients
* White Bread, 2 slice, large * Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 50 grams * Cheddar Cheese, 25 grams * Scallions, raw, 1 large * Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Directions
Spread the cottage cheese over one of the slices of bread.
Cover this with the other ingredients.
Put the second slice of bread on top and cook in toastie makeruntil crisp amd golden
