Soy Protein Shake w/ Strawberries

Ingredients
3/4 cup Soy Protein Powder1 banana1 apple 3/4 cup Soy Milk (I use vanilla flavor adjust to proper consistency)1/2 cup ice3-4 strawberries (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to shake consistency. Makes 2 - 10 ounce glasses.
