Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs. ground beef2 large eggs1/4 cup tomato sauce1 pgk. dried vegtable soup mix (I use Mrs. Grass or Korr)10 saltine crackerssalt and pepper1 cup tomato sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except for 1 cup tomato sauce in a large bowl. Press into a loaf pan. Cook for 1 hour or until done. Pour reserved tomato sauce on top during last 10 mintues. May need to drain meat. Cool for 5 mintues to help retain juices. Slice and serve. Serves 6 adults.

    I usually made meatloaf with cream of mushroom soup and a little different ingredients, but this was definitely better and very easy to make. - 10/18/10
