4 Egg Whites1/2 cup canned black beans, drained1/4 cup salsa, as mild or hot as you like it1 ounce lowfat cheddar cheese, slice or shredded
Makes 1 serving
Heat the beans and salsa in a small sauce pan.
Fry the egg whites in a pan coated with cooking spray. Slice a few thin slices of the cheese.
Put bean mixture onto a plate, top with cheese, then eggs.
Goes well with some bread to dunk.
