I am baking these right now. If you make these, please know that the nutritional information is wrong for these. The oil was not added into the calculation. That takes each cracker up to 17.6 calories. When squeezed, the dough should resist slightly, but not be tough. If tough, add more water. - 1/11/11

Read the reviews and was a little skeptical. Added some seasonings, had no problem rolling dough thin, found that my crackers were ready after 10-15 mins. Nice, easy, great tasting and just incredible! - 3/29/10

My kids and I LOVED this recipe. If you roll them thin enough they taste like wheat thins. We had no trouble rolling it out thin but we are used to baking all of our own breads and treats. We added a dash of onion and garlic powder. We will be making a batch of this weekly for snacks. - 2/10/09

I made the recipe as stated, but it was bland and I didn't roll it quite thin enough so some of them are like hard bread instead of crackers. I will make again but add spices and cheese as the other poster did.
It was easy to make. - 3/16/08

This is a great recipe! I was wanting to make my own crackers so that I could get the flavor I wanted and keep the sodium low. I did use some substitutions for mine. I added soy flour to up the protein as well as 75% FF sharp cheese, green onions, & garlic powder. YUM!!! - 1/2/08

LOVE these!! It was a little hard to roll them out just thin enough, but I finally got it perfect the second time around. I added sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Mrs. Dash to the dough. They don't taste like Wheat Thins, but they're really good. Especially good with homemade lentil stew! - 2/9/13

These were really bland and wheaty. I couldn't get them rolled out thin enough because the dough was too thick. - 12/4/08
