Ropa Vieja (slow cooker)

Ingredients
2 lbs flank steak1 6 oz can tomato paste2 6 oz cans salsa casera2 tsp beef base5 cloves garlic2 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste6 oz water2 packets sazon seasoning2 meduim onion sliced3 carrots sliced into small chunks1/2 bell pepper slicedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown meat in a frying pan with some cooking spray place in crockpot

top steak with onions, bell pepper and carrots
in bowl combine rest of ingredients stir to combine taste and adjust the heat and seasons if need

pour over meat and veggies place in crock pot turn on low for 10 hrs or hi for 6 hours
