Low Carb/Sugar Free/Gluten Free/Almond Cookies

1 stick softened butter2 cups almond flour1/2 cup splenda1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp almond extrack12 whole almonds
-preheat oven 300 deg
-soften 1 stick butter
-add 2c almond flour & 1/2c splenda
-& mix well with a fork
-add vanilla & almond extract & continue to mix
-roll into walnut size balls & place on lightly oiled cookie sheet
-place in oven for 5 min
-remove & press down with fork in a cris cross fashion & place a whole almond in center
-return to oven for an additional 15 to 17 min
-remove from oven & allow to cool before transfering to a rack
