No fat Low sugar Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
4 c whole wheat flour2 c white flour2 t baking soda1 t baking powder1 t salt1 tsp salt4 t cinnamon1 c sugar1 c brown sugar4 egg whites1 c applesauce1 t lemon peel
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine flours, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.

In another bowl, combine shredded zucchini, egg whites, applesauce, sugars, and lemon peel.

Add flour mixture to wet mixture and mix until combined. Pour into three bread pans sprayed with Pam.

Bake for 55 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
