*18% Table Cream, 34 tbsp (remove)Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)*Pepper, white, 1 tbsp (remove)*dry mustard powder, .25 tsp (remove)*Robin hood best for bread homestyle white flour, 0.25 cup (remove)*Water bottle w/ filtered water, 1 cup (remove)*100% Pure Maple Syrup, 0.25 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Put butter, half the cauliflower flourettes, and half the cream in a small pot and bring to a simmer. Add flour to water in a small glass and save to thicken soup. Puree the flourettes and add seasoning and maple syrup. Add water and flour mixture and stir until simmering again. Add the rest of the cauliflower flourettes and simmer on low covered until cauliflower is tender.
