Tangy Chicken Salad Sandwiches

4 Publix French Hamburger Rolls, toasted1 cup lowfat mayo1 cup shredded/diced rotisserie chicken, white meat, skin removed1/4 cup minced celery1/4 cup minced yellow onion1 tbsp fresh lemon juice1 tsp garlic powder1-2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning1-2 tbsp minced fresh dillSea salt, to taste
1. In a medium sized bowl, toss chicken, celery, onion, and lemon juice.
2. Add mayo, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, salt to taste, and fresh dill. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
3. To serve, halve french hamburger buns and toast in oven or toaster oven until they begin to crisp and brown. Place 1/4 chilled chicken salad on each bun bottom, then top with bun top.
Serves 4 people.
