Ingredients
6 C. Sifted flour1 1/2 t. Salt12 t. Baking Powder3/4 t. Baking Soda3/4 C. Butter or Shortening3 C. Skim Milk6 t. Lemon juice or vinegar
Directions
Preheat Oven to a temperature of 450 F. Sift together all dry ingredients, cut in Butter/Shortening, combine Milk and Lemon juice and stir into flour mixture. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead until soft and elastic. spoon onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
