Finger Salad Light

Ingredients
2 pkgs low fat crescent rolls2 (8 oz) pkge fat free cream cheese3/4 cup fat free salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)1 pkg Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dip Mix (dry, whole pkg)3/4 cup cauliflower finely chopped3/4 cup broccoli, finely chopped3/4 cup celery, finely chopped3/4 cup carrots, finely chopped3/4 cup each red and green sweet pepper, finely cho3/4 cup red or green ionion, finely chopped1 cup fat free cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Spread crescent rolls flat, pressing seams together on 11 x 17" cookie sheet. Bake according to directions on package or until light brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, salad dressing and dry ranch dressing together and spread over the crescent roll. Sprinkle vegetables on cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Cut into 16 servings.
