Very tender which I liked! For me I would like it to have a little more flavor, so I'll have to add some different spices next time I make it. - 11/13/08

Delicious! I tweaked it just a tad and added a pkg of dry onion soup mix for flavor. Mmmm. - 10/8/10

I just made this yesterday for supper... it was a huge hit! So yummy and tender. After we all ate I cut up the roast and added some corn to the gravy mix, potatoes and carrots so we could have stew for supper the next day! I will definately make this again! - 11/21/08

I made this last night & it was wonderful. I added potatoes, carrots, garlic & celery & my husband loved it. My picky toddler even liked the meat. - 10/28/08

This was the best roast I have ever had! My whole family loved it, except my 4 year-old, but she doesn't like anything unless it is PB & J! Will definitely make this again. - 3/17/08

This was very good and very easy. Next time I will try adding the onion or some garlic. This easily makes 5-6 normal servings. - 9/5/07

Incredibly easy! I waited to long and couldn't use the carrots I had bought. I added about 1/4 large yellow onion. It added quite a bit of flavor. - 8/28/07

I trim the fat before freezing, then put the roast into the crock pot frozen. I cook on high for one hour and then on low for the remaining time. It is super tender when done this way. - 8/17/07
