Trilicious Summer Salad

Ingredients
2 Medium Tomatoes cut into wedges, diced or sliced--your choice/preference2 English Cucumbers, peeled or not, cut lengthwise then into thin slices2 Medium Onions, sliced in 1/4" slices and rings separated 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar1/4 cup Olive Oil2 TBSP Splenda1 TSP Salt1/2 TSP Black Pepper1 TBSP chopped fresh Parsley
Directions
Set aside your cut up tomatoes, cucumbers & onions. In your bowl (glass or plastic) pour in the remaining ingredients and mix or shake. Throw in the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into the mixture and toss around until mixed well. Marinate 2 hrs before serving.
