Fruit tofu "ice cream"

Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries1 16oz container soft tofu4 Tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
Directions
Place frozen fruit in blender or food processor and mix until broken into small pieces. Add tofu and orange juice concentrate and mix until smooth. Serve immediately.
