Chicken Nacho Bake (healtier version)

Ingredients
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts.5 cup Salsa.5 cup crushed tortilla chips ( I used Food Should Taste Good - Multigrain).5 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese2 slices Turkey Bacon1 small onion, chopped2 cups grape tomatoes2 cups cooked long grain brown ricesour cream optional
Directions
Heat oven to 400.

place chicken in foil covered baking sheet (with non stick spray); top with salsa. Bake 20-25 min until chicken is done. Top with crushed chips and cheese for 5 min.

Have rice done before starting chicken!!!

Meanwhile, cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Blot dry on paper towels to reduce fat. Add onions to skillet, cook and stir about 5 min. Then add tomatoes. Stirring occasionaly. Add chopped bacon to mixture.

Top chicken with sour cream if desired. Serve with rice.
