Yummy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
2 Egg Whites2C Skim Milk2T Splenda1 1/2C Brown Rice1t Vanilla1/4C Raisins1 Dash Cinnamon
Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add milk and sugar. Mix Well.

Stir in rice, vanilla and raisins. Pour into a non-stick baking pan. Garnish with cinnamon.

Bake at 325 for 25 ,minutes. Stir and add more cinnamon if desired. Continue baking for 20-25 more minutes. Garnish with a few raisins and serve.
