Heather's Hearty Chicken Soup

3 Liters of water4 cups of chopped carrots4 cups of chopped turnips1.5 cups of celery1 large onion4 chicken breasts2 oxo cubes1 large can of diced tomatoes1 cup of buckwheat3 Bay Leaves2 tsp of parsleySalt and Pepper to taste
Boil spices and chicken breasts until cooked through.
Remove chicken and chop.
Add chopped veggies and can of tomatoes.
Once almost cooked add buckwheat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Makes about 20 1-cup servings.
