Ingredients
2 10 boxes of frozen spinach1 small white onion1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese1 cup cotage cheese4 large eggs1/4 cup weat germ
Directions
Make sure that the spicash is drained throughly, combine all ingredients pour into a greased 12 in casserole dish and bake on 350 for 45 minutes let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
