Ingredients
Onion - 1 cup sliced Meat (cut in small cubes) - 200 gramsGinger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder - 1/6 teaspoon Red pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoonOlive oil (any oil can be used) 4 tbspSalt to taste
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a pot put some water (so that it does not get burned) and cook until meat is tender. Once meat is tender cook on high heat to evaporate all the water. Mix well and server with rice or Indian pita bread(paratha. naan, roti)

If cooking in a pressure cooker - cook until you hear 3 whistles then open the cooker and evaporate the water.
