Mexian Noodle Cassarole

1 lb Lasagna Noodles5 quarts water2 16 oz cans vegan refired beans2 16 oz jrs salsa2 small ripe avocados1 tbsp lemon juice
1. Cook lasgna in boiling water in a large pot for 10 mins
2. Drain noodles
3. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375
4. In a 13x19x2 pan spread ingredients to form the followinf layers:
1/4 cooked noodles
1 can refried beans
1/4 cooked noodles
1 jar salsa
1/4 cooked noodles
1 can refried beans
1/4 cooked noodles
1 jar salsa
5. Bake layered cassarole at 375 for 25 minutes
6. While cassarole is baking, mash the ripe avocado with the lemon juice until smooth
7. When cassarole is done, top with avocado mixture
8. ENJOY :)
