Garlic Herb Bread Balls

Ingredients
GROUP A:1 cup water1 T active dry yeast1 T honeyGROUP B:2 cups whole wheat flour1 t lite salt1 t baking powder2 T flax meal2 T Mrs Dash Garlic Herb BlendGROUP C:2 t olive oil
Directions
Combine Group A ingredients. Let stand until foaming.

Combine Group B ingredients. Knead Group A ingredients into group B until doughy. Let stand at least 5 minutes, or as long as an hour.

Rub Group C into the AB mixture. Divide the ABC mixture into sprayed mini muffin tins for easy portion control. Cook at 400 for about 10 minutes.
