Ingredients
1 19 oz can of black beans1/2 cup finely chopped red onion1 clove garlic1/2 cup salsa1 oz baked corn chips made into crumbs1 tsp hot sauce2 tsp ground cumin2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped2 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat bbq or grill to medium high heat

2. in a bowl, mash beans with a fork or potato masher, laving some beans intact

3. Mix in remaining ingredients, except oil and shape into 6 patties

4. Brush patties with oil and grill 4 minutes per side.
