Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Ingredients
3 lbs stew meat1/4 cup flour1/4 tsp black pepper2 cans of low sodium whole tomatoes3 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce2 TSP low sodium Soy Sauce3 large chopped or sliced green peppers1 medium-large onion3 large cloves minced garlicSteamed rice
Directions
Add flour and pepper to bowl and coat stew meat with flour, add to crock pot. Chop on medium to large onion, three green peppers and add to crock. Mince 3 cloves garlic, add. Mix 2 cans of whole tomatoes, with 3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce, and 2 TBSP low sodium Soy sauce; pour over meat. Set to low/6-8hours; stir occasionally. Serve over rice. **add green peppers during the last hour of cooking if you want them more crunchy; also if you like a thicker gravy, add a little cornstarch & water mixture during the last half hour of cooking.
