Trixie's Pot Roast

Ingredients
2.5lb pork roast2 large carrots2 medium potatoes3 cups water (add or take out as needed)3 teaspoons Chicken Bullion 1 tablespoon dried minced onion1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Pop it in the crock pot in the morning and let it go, stirring occasionally, until dinner time! Yumyum! (cook time is approximately 6-8 hours)

Add a salad and enjoy!

    To be truly gluten free must use gluten free boullion. I leave it out for lower sodium & use salt & pepper to taste, instead. Plus garlic not needed if you've picky eaters. Good eating for those with allergies as well as those without! - 1/28/11
