Veggie Delight Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of whole grain bread1/2 Tbsp of Hellman's Olive Oil Mayonaise 1 lemon wedge 1 slice of chedder cheese 4 slices of tomato1/4 cup cucumbers thinly sliced1/4 avocado thinly sliced 3 slices of red onion .25 cup grated carrots black pepper
Directions
Squeeze lemon juice and add dash of pepper to the mayonaise and stir. Spread mayonaise on each slice of bread. Put all other ingredients between the two pieces of bread and enjoy.
