Chicken Pasta w/Vodka Sauce

I box of Dreamfield's Rigitoni or Penne pasta1 Jar of Vodka Sauce1 package of ground chicken6 oz. of Conecah Sausage6 oz. of Polish Kielbasa2 cup of diced onion/pepper mix2 cups of shredded Mexican blend and/or Mozzerella cheese1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies or garlicSeasonings to taste:Minced garlicSea saltPepperRed Pepper flakesParsleyBasilOnion powder1/4c. red wine vinegar (pour in pan when cooking meat)Parmasean cheese
Cook pasta according to box instructions
Cook ground chicken, kielbasa and/or sausage with onion pepper mix.
After cooking, drain excess oil, add tomatoes and sauce. Season to taste.
Pour in baking dish, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in oven for 15-20 or until cheese melts
makes 6 to 8 servings
