Unstuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds green peppers, seeded and cut into chunks1 pound 93% lean chopmeat1 large onion chopped1/3 cup raw white rice14.5 oz can chopped tomatoes, undrained1/2 teaspoon basil1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon sea salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Place the cut up peppers into a corningware add a small amount of water. Microcook for 9 min. Brown chopmeat with onions. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain peppers and mix meat mixture into dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until heated through.
