Salmon patties

Ingredients
2 poiuches boneless skinless pink salmon2-3 green or sweet onions, finely chopped1 egg, beaten1/2 cup (+/-) seasoned bread crumbsgarlic saltpepperoil
Directions
Combine salmon, onion, egg and enough bread crumbs until workable with hands and forms patties. Add salt and pepper as desired. Lightly coat patties in additional bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil over med heat until golden brown, 2-3 min each side. Drain on paper towels.
