Ingredients
1/4c butter1 cup sugar2 eggscombine following dry alternatively with the sour milk2 cups flour (I use 1 cup white, 1 cup whole wheat)1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp vanilla1 cup sour milk (1 cup milk + 1 tbsp white vinegar)1/4 c brown sugar mixed with 1 tbsp cinnamonLayer in the pan with mix, then spoon the cinnamon mix, layer of mix, cinnamon, layer of mix, top with rest. Use a spoon and gently swirl the cinnamon (not mix)
