Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil1 tsp. red wine vinegar½ tsp. sugar¼ tsp. garlic & herb seasoning1 medium or 2 small plum tomatoes, chopped½ Tbsp. grated ParmesanGarlic & cheese croutons
Directions
Combine oil, vinegar, sugar & seasoning. Add tomatoes & croutons. Allow to stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
