Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1/2 cup Onions, raw,3/4 Mushrooms, fresh, chopped4 cups cooked Uncle Ben’s Original converted Bran Long Grain Rice
Directions
Cook rice as directed in package. In a wok, place the olive oil, vegetables, onion and mushroom, sautee for a few minutes. Then proceed to mix with cooked rice.

You can place a touch of non fat grated mozzarella cheese on top when serving, which is not included above.

Serves 8, 1/2 cup each.
