Tuna, Canned in Water, 4 can (12.5 oz), drained (remove)*zuchinni (one medium), 1 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)Egg, fresh, 5 medium (remove)*Matzoh Meal, .5 cup (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 2 tbsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 5 tbsp for frying
grate the veggies in your food processor; mix with tuna, eggs, mayo and matzoh meal. Add any spices you like. I add salt and garlic flakes. Form into patties and fry in oil.
