Quick Home Made Flour Tortilla

Ingredients
1 cup flour, unbleached1.5 tbs EVOOPinch of salt3/4 cup warm water
Directions
Combine the flour, salt, and the EVOO in bowl and slowly add the water until a proper dough. Knead for about 5 minutes

Split into 4 equal balls. Flatten these out into the size or tortilla you like (8-10 inches is great).

In non stick skillet, put one of the tortillas and brown one side. Flip and brown the other side. You can leave on for longer for crispier tortillas.

Makes 2 - 2 tortilla servings.
