Aloe, Lemon & Mineral Water

Ingredients
2 oz. aloe juice1 oz. FRESH SQUEEZED lemon juice1 tsp trace minerals16 oz. water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a 16.9 oz water bottle. I usually pour half the water into another container, add ingredients and add water back in (and then drink the excess).

Drink 1/2 of the bottle, and put other half in fridge for next day.
