1/4 Cup Egg Beaters 1 TSP Cinnamon 1 TBSP Splenda 2 Slices Sara Lee Delightful Wheat Bread 1 Slice Kraft Fat Free American Cheese Slices 1 Slice Great Value 97% Fat Free Cooked Ham1/8 Cup Maple Groove Maple Flavor Sugar Free Syrup
Mix the Egg, Cinnamon, and Splenda in a bowl to make the bread batter. Then batter the bread like French Toast. Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat the pan on Med-Low heat. Place battered bread in pan. Cook each side of the bread until done, but not well done. Then place the slice of Ham and the slice of Cheese on one side of the bread and top with the other slice. This should look like a grilled Ham and Cheese. Cook on low until cheese is slightly melted, flip once as to not over cook. Serve with Syrup. Enjoy.
