Ingredients
5 zucchini sliced1 can corn drained1/2 medium onion diced1 4 oz. can green chile diced1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseGarlic powdersaltpepper
Directions
Makes about 6 1 cup servings

In a medium saucepan, place sliced zucchini, corn, onion and green chile. Cook on medium heat stirring occasionally until veggies have softened about 15 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese and stir until melted.
