    I made this tonight. I pounded my chicken breast flat and put the filling on one side, then rolled it up before baking. Wow, delicious!! Thanks for the recipe! :-) - 9/17/10

    This was good. The cheese made a really nice sauce. I did as RTOLBERT suggested and pounded the breasts flat and then rolled them up with the sauce inside. Next time, I'll put foil on the baking sheet and I'll definitely get a meat thermometer. I had a hard time knowing for sure these were done. - 10/20/10
