banana oat-berry smoothie

1/2 cup milk (2%)1/3 average size banana1/3 cup mixed berries (blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry)1/2 tsp vanilla2 tsp olive or flax seed1 container low-fat vanilla yogurt (6 oz)1/4 cup oats (rolled)
Combine milk, banana, berries, vanilla, and oil in blender. Blend well. Grind oats into a fine powder (using coffee grinder) then add to blender to combine. Add yogurt and blend untill smooth. Recipe makes 1 serving.
