Whole Wheat Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 small Whole Wheat Pita cut in 2 (makes 2 circles)30 grams of chredded light cheddar cheese1/4 cup of Hunt's Tomatoe sauce1/2 of a chicken breast1 thick slice of red onion1/4 cup of green pepper strips1/4 cup of white mushrooms1 plum tomatoe
Directions
Added black pepper to the chicken breast and bake it on a cookie sheet in the oven for about 25 minutes at 450 C. Dice up chicken in small cubes.

Seperate the pita bread, place pita bread on a cookie sheet outside facing up. Spread a few tbls of tomatoe sauce on pita. Add tomatoes, onions, green peppers and mushrooms on the pita. Add cubed chicken on top. Add a few more tbls of tomatoe sauce over the veggies and chicken. Add shreeded cheddar cheese.
Bake in oven at 350 C between 20 - 30 minutes.

    This was REALLY good! I didn't have a whole wheat pita so I used a whole wheat wrap. As always, I would suggest doing your own calculations (calories, fat, sodium, etc.) because mine came out different. Would definitely recommend! - 3/17/11
