Egg and Tomato Salad

6 Hard boiled eggs - sliced2 Tbsp Olive Oil6 Tbsp fresh basil8 cups of cherry tomatoes - halved(you can use slices of tomatoes also)
Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl and eat!
If you want the "sauce" to be thicker, you can add the eggs when they are just done cooking. If you want it to be closer to the Bocconcini, then boil the eggs first and wait until they are cold to slice them.
