Chicken Breasts with Red Wine and Mustard Sauce

Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed Butter, salted, 0.5 tbsp Olive Oil, .5 tbsp Chicken Broth or Bouillon, .25 cup (8 fl oz) Red Wine, 2.6 fl oz Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Whole onion, raw (1 onion), .5 serving Thyme, fresh, 2 tspFlour - White 1.5 serving
Season Chicken and dredge in flour
Sautee in butter and olive oil 2-3 minutes per side and remove
Add onions to the pan and cook until translucent
Add the wine, chicken broth, mustard and thyme to the pan, cook for a couple of minutes, add the chicken to the pan, finish cooking chicken 3 minutes per side.
Serve.
