Rice Fritters with Tangy vinegar dipping sauce.

Ingredients
1 C rice1C wholegrain flour1 tsp Baking powder1 C milk2 eggs2 spring onions1 tsp chilli flakes1/4C oilsauce... 1 Clove garlic1/4C white vinegar1 Tbsp sugar1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp chilli Flakes1/2 tsp fresh ginger roo1 tsp coriander ground.
Directions
Cook rice to pkt directions. Cool.
Sift flour and baking powder into bowl.
Add beaten egg and milk and then stir in the chilli flakes and cut up spring onions.
Heat oil in Pan and put spoonfuls of mixture in. Turn and cook other side.
Dipping sauce.
Crush and peel and finely chop garlic clove.
Heat vinegar til almost boiling then remove and add in sugar salt chilli ginger and coriander. Leave to cool.

You can do these fritters with a can of tuna fish to make
a non vegetarian meal if desired.
