asparagus veggie egg-white scramble

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg whites (from carton)1 cup of onion/pepper mix1 tomato wedge4 asparagus spears1tbsp. extra virgin olive oilsalt & pepper to taste1 tsp. minced garlic
Directions
saute veggies in olive oil until tender. pour in egg whites, scramble until done. sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
