6 oz. Lean London Broil Beef or lean cut of beef (grill or broil then shred)2 C Raw green cabbage1/2 C Red bell pepper1/4 C chopped onion or scallions1 Jalepeno (chopped)1/2 C Shredded carrots1/4 bunch or approx. 1/2 C chopped Cilantro6 to 8 large lightly steamed cabbage leaves Salt and pepper or spice to taste
Steam cabbage leaves and set aside. Grill or cook beef then shred and set aside. Combine all other ingredients of salad mixture to taste. Season to your own taste and you can spice it up or make it milder if preferred. Place salad mixture and shredded beef into steamed cabbage leaves and roll up like a burrito. These are addictive, enjoy!
