Stuffed Jalapeno Pepers

Ingredients
Ingredients: Jalapeno Peppers, 12 pepper 10 oz Jimmy Dean Reduced Fat Breakfast SausageCheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded Bacon, 6 medium slices, Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Directions
Mix everything but the jalapenos & bacon into a bowl. Generously stuff each jalapeno with mixture (I usually stuff so much that the jalapeno doesn't close). Wrap each jalapeno with a slice of bacon; secure with toothpicks or put 3 or 4 onto a metal skewer and grill until bacon is crispy and sausage is cooked through.
