Cantaloupe and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2 T extra virgin olive oil1/4 c white basalmic vinegar or rice vinegar1/2 t sugar1/2 t coarse salt1/4 t freshly ground black pepper1/2c chopped fresh mint1/2 medium cantaloupe, cut into chunks1 1/2 c cherry tomatoes, cut into halves1/2 c chopped cucumber
Directions
1. Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar salt and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Combine cantaloupe, tomatoes and cucumber in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss well.
